How To Use It:

Use after your bath or shower. Apply a small amount of gel with your palm to the areas your want to treat. (upper arms, waist, lower abdomen, buttocks, hips, thigh)s.  To achieve better result use it twice a day for first six consecutive days. Massage in an upward direction until fully absorbed. Rinse your hands carefully after applying.

NOTE: You will feel a heating sensation for about 15 minutes after applying. The degree of heat may vary due to the skin type and personal sensitivity level - it's not comfortable but do be aware that this will occur.
